  • $15 for a 12x12 Vendor Space

  • $20 for a 12x12 Metal Awning Covered Space

  • (There are only 4 of these available so you must call or text us to check for availability.)

  • $30 for a 12x12 Canopy Covered Space  (The canopy is provided and will be set-up and taken down for you.)

  • Please fill out and submit a vendor application prior to the event.

  • When vendors arrive, they must enter through our South Gate on Garrett's Lake road, and check in near our office building. We will be there to direct you to your space, and help in any way we can. 

  • If you would like to reserve a specific space, you must register and pay in advance here on our website.

  • If you do not pay in advance, you must pay when you arrive, and the available spaces are first come first serve.


  • Event Date: 1st and 3rd SATURDAY of each month


  • Event Time: 9am-4pm


  • Check-In/Set-up:  Starts at 7am


  • Event Location: 7109 N. Kickapoo, Shawnee, OK

  • We are an outdoor event. Each space is 12x12. You may bring whatever you’d like to put in your space: chairs, tables, canopy/tent etc. 


  • All vendors must stay until the end of business day. No obvious packing before 3:30. Please speak with management if you need to leave early due to an emergency, or if all your merchandise has sold. 


  • Taxes are the responsibility of the vendor. 


  • We work hard to reserve spaces for vendors who pay in advance. Refunds will not be given for vendors who cancel at the last minute or do not show up.


  • Due to the high number of inquiries we receive, ALL DIRECT SALES and FOOD VENDORS need to contact us prior to payment.
