• $15 for a 12x12 space. 

• ​$25 for a 12x12 Metal Awning Covered Space (There are only 6 of these available so you must call or text us to check for availability.)

• Please fill out and submit a vendor registration form prior to the event.

• When vendors arrive, they must enter through our South Gate on Garrett's Lake road, and check in near our office building. We will be there to direct you to your space, and help in any way we can. 

• If you would like to request a specific space, you must pay at least 24 hours in advance here on our website or over the phone.

• If you do not pay in advance, you must pay when you arrive, and the available spaces are first come first serve.

• Event Date: 1st and 3rd SATURDAY of each month

• Event Time: 9am-4pm

• Check-In/Set-up:  Starts at 7am

• Event Location: 7109 N. Kickapoo, Shawnee, OK

• We are an outdoor event. Each space is 12x12. You may bring whatever you’d like to put in your space: chairs, tables, canopy/tent etc. ​

• Taxes are the responsibility of the vendor. 

• We work hard to reserve spaces for vendors who pay in advance. Refunds will not be given for vendors who cancel at the last minute or do not show up. Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled.

• We take pride in the cleanliness and appearance of our grounds. All vendors are responsible for their own unwanted merchandise at the end of the day. Do not under any circumstances, overfill the trash cans. Do not leave your garbage, boxes, or unwanted merchandise on the ground around the trash bins. Take your large items of trash with you to dispose of elsewhere.

• Due to the high number of inquiries we receive, ALL DIRECT SALES and FOOD VENDORS need to contact us prior to payment.
